21. UK medical student during the academic year, camp counselor in the US during summer :) love friends, family, nepal, running, swimming, cycling, music, gigs, picnics, hiking, kayaking, science, reading, poetry, history, languages, and learning about health/medicine :)


I post a lot of fitness/healthy eating motivation for myself as over the past 18 months I have been working to change my diet and activity levels for life. I am and always have been a healthy weight; I have simply chosen this lifestyle because I enjoy feeling and being healthy, both physically and psychologically, and believe that exercise and healthy eating can improve both. I also only post positive posts :)

I also post a lot of camp-related posts. I've worked 2 summers at a camp and am going back for my 3rd and final summer in 2013. I'm lucky enough to have several places to call home on 4 different continents. <3
